1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77pu ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the 77pu website, creating an account, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

3 Account Registration

You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the verification process. You must keep this information current throughout the lifetime of your account.

Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. Verification typically involves submitting a valid government-issued ID and a selfie for identity confirmation. 77pu will not process withdrawal requests until KYC is completed.

OTP (one-time password) verification may be used to confirm sensitive account actions including withdrawals and login from new devices. This is a security measure for your protection and must not be shared with any third party.

4 Deposits

All deposits to 77pu are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 77pu supports deposits via Philippine e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya), InstaPay, PESONet, and online banking channels offered by local Philippine banks.

The payment account used to make a deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your 77pu account. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not accepted. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds may be returned to the source and the transaction will not be credited to your 77pu balance.

• 77pu does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.
• Deposit processing times vary by channel and are generally reflected in your account balance within a few minutes for supported e-wallet channels.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on 77pu.

If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the expected timeframe, you should contact support through your account dashboard with the transaction reference number from your bank or e-wallet.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 77pu are processed in PHP to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, subject to the same-name policy described in Section 4. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. Incomplete verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until the required documents are submitted and reviewed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions
